GRASS MASTER
The Grass Master provides exceptional turf-friendly performance for zero-turn, riding, and stand-up lawn mowers. Its unique S-shaped tread optimizes ground contact for superior traction, while reducing turf damage when making sharp turns or working on slopes.
REAPER
The Reaper is designed for use on zero-turn mowers and garden tractors. The combination of an optimized tread pattern, wide footprint, and proprietary rubber compound gives it excellent field traction, stability, and control.
BIG BITE
Ideal for zero-turn, ride-on, and stand-on mowers, Big Bite features a large footprint that puts more rubber on the ground for extra traction and stability. Angled tread blocks and open shoulders boost traction, while an optimized design lowers rolling resistance to protect turf.
Services & Technologies
NDX™ Tire System
NDX is a game-changing solution for commercial turf equipment such as zero-turn, riding, and stand-on mowers, as well as utility and rough terrain vehicles (UTVs/RTVs) used primarily at worksites. Sold as a system – tire and wheel included – NDX’s innovative run-flat design and construction eliminates costly downtime from flat tires.
TyrLyner®
TyrLyner® is a proprietary rubber urethane securely applied inside a tire’s casing to extend life and enhance safe operation. Its “self-healing” technology ensures the tire is sealed when punctured or cut by objects up to 1/4-inch diameter. Applied at an OTR facility, TyrLyner is ideal for customers engaged in work where downtime is NOT an option.
Sequencing and Mounting
In addition to tires and wheels, OTR provides tire and wheel mounting sequencing, just-in-time delivery, and warehousing for OEM customers. Facilities are located around the world, close to OEM customers’ locations. Key processes are automated, with automatic tire inflation systems that are repeatable and accurate.
