FORKBOSS ND229
An ultra-heavy-duty, non-directional tire with deep lugs, reinforced sidewall, rim guard, and enlarged bead for tough applications. The 12LL610 HBR design eliminates hub clearance issues.
GSE
This deep-ribbed tire has shoulder notches for improved grip when turning on hard surfaces or soft ground. Its heavy-duty construction with reinforced sidewalls helps protect against cuts and punctures.
MUDSHARK HF3
Deep lugs provide high traction and self-cleaning performance. This tire is also cut- and puncture-resistant with a rim guard for sidewall protection. The available HBR option features a shortened sidewall for better grip and handling on soft ground.
MUDSHARK R4
A rugged industrial tire featuring deep stepped lugs for better grip and cleaning. The addition of the reinforced sidewall and rim guard make it well suited for rough environments.
R4 HD
This durable multi-purpose tire works well in off-road and hard-surface applications. A rim guard offers enhanced wheel protection.
TRACTION MASTER
Designed for off-road operation on soft ground, this tire has a wide footprint with deep, angled, extra-long lugs for enhanced traction and cleaning in tough environments.
SANDSTORM
The wear and flotation characteristics of this tire are designed for both hard surfaces and off-road. It’s an ideal solution for 3-wheel forklifts that require long life, stability, and traction.
SAND MASTER
The grooved lug design helps to maximize grip on wet surfaces often experienced in port applications. It can be used on a variety of surfaces, though it excels in soft ground.

TRUCK-MOUNTED FORKLIFT WHEELS
With rim sizes from 12 to 16.5 inches, these wheels are available in 3- and 5-piece designs for heavy-duty lift trucks, reach stackers, cargo handling vehicles, and gantry cranes. There is also a 1-piece design for 3-wheel lift trucks. Constructed of High-Strength Low-Alloy (HSLA) grade steel, these wheels are 10-BAR, SAE J179, TRA, and ETRTO compliant, and rated for ultra-heavy loads, making them a preferred choice for OEMs.

TYRLYNER®
TyrLyner® delivers added protection and performance for demanding tire applications where downtime is NOT an option.
- Proprietary rubber urethane is applied inside the tire casing to extend service life and enhance safe operation.
- “Self-healing” technology ensures the tire is sealed if it sustains punctures or cuts up to 1/4-inch in diameter.
- Coating is applied at OTR facilities for OEMs and distributors supporting fleets and owner-operators.
Tire/Wheel Exchange & Foam Fill
OTR’s foam-fill and wheel exchange program keeps fleets moving without delay.
- Available to qualified dealers serving rental companies and end users who need immediate replacements.
- Dealers keep finished assemblies in stock for quick, real-time tire replacement.
- Exchanged wheels are retrieved, carefully inspected, and recirculated back into service.
