Dealer Product Search

OTR literally has at its disposal tens of thousands of drawings to fabricate wheels. Some wheels OTR manufactures for its OEM customers are “no compete” and “no disclosure” products. If you call looking for one of those wheels, we will have to politely decline and refer you to the OEM manufacture or dealer for the equipment you are inquiring about.

Information we will need to assist you

In order to help us, HELP YOU THE CUSTOMER, get the correct wheel for your machine or application, we need to get the correct information from you about the wheel you require. This information is important because nothing makes us the supplier, and YOU the customer, unhappier than if go to the trouble of building you the wheel we believe you need, and when you receive the wheel YOU discover the wheel we shipped does not fit your machine correctly and/or the disc offset is wrong. Shipping steel is expensive and so is manufacturing time. We want to get it right the FIRST TIME!

You can either write this product information down on a piece of paper or use the Wheel Specification Data Sheets available in our Downloads section of the website to record the information. The more information you can supply us the better to determine what wheel you need and if we have that information in our drawing and cross reference databases.

1. Do you have the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s or the wheel manufacturer’s part number for the wheel?

  1. The part number is a key piece of information about the wheel.
    1. if you can give us the Manufacturer name
    2. Model number of the machine
    3. The part number off the wheel, you will have greatly helped us to find the wheel you need.

  2.  If you have any of those numbers, call our customer service staff to see if we may be able to cross reference the information in the database of part numbers we already have.
  3. If we don’t have it in our database already, we will want to add it with the other information collected. If none of these numbers are available, proceed to item 2.
  4. To find the potential location of a part number on a wheel, first locate the valve hole on the wheel.  Then look at the wheel disc and look left and right of the valve hole location.  Sometimes the part number is stamped between the bolt holes of the wheel disc.  Sometimes the part number is stamped in the rim gutter on the outside surface.  Sometimes you won’t find a part number at all.  You may need to contact and equipment dealer with your machine serial number to get the information about the parts you need.

2. What is the specific tire size you are using?

  1. The tire size will tell us the proper rim diameter and width required. The size of the tire may also help us determine the correct rim profile, style or design to use. In certain cases it won’t and we will need you to help us identify the profile of the rim you need.

3. In most cases, items 1 and 2 above will give us the information we need to make sure we are providing you with the correct wheel for your machine.  However, sometimes this is not enough information and we need more.

4. To learn how to measure a wheel, you can download our document in the Downloads section of the website.
